An Update from our President Jim Fee

Our Provincial Government recently announced that retailers with street-front entrances may reopen with specific safety protocols in place. We are currently working on implementing these safety measures and our Stoney Creek location and warehouse will reopen on Thursday, May 21 at 11:00 am. Our showrooms will be operating with reduced hours. Click here for details.

Curbside pick-up at our warehouse is available and within certain delivery areas, we are now able to offer limited contact-free delivery to your doorstep or garage. (Your merchandise will remain in the manufacturer’s original packaging, so some assembly may be required). Our regular in-home delivery service will resume once the Provincial Government advises it is safe to do so.

For customers who still wish to shop from the comfort of their own home, we invite you to shop our website which is open 24/7. Our online chat will continue to be available and we've recently introduced virtual appointments for those who need to see specific pieces in our showroom to help decide if they’re the right choice for your home. Online chat and virtual appointments are available this Tuesday and Wednesday, 11:00am to 5:00pm and during our regular business hours once we’ve reopened.

The safety of our customers, team members and community continue to be our number one priority. Both of our showrooms are very spacious, with over 85,000 sq ft in Stoney Creek, and 18,000 sq ft in Vaughan. We look forward to seeing our customers back in our stores very soon.
