The Excelsior™ Because You Love It Service Plan starts from the date of delivery of your new furniture in your home.
To be eligible for service, claims must be reported within 14 days of the stain causing incident.
Stains or issues that are caused by misuse, abuse or that are intentional in nature are excluded and not eligible for service.
Maximum liability of service plan is the original purchase price, less applicable taxes of the affected item only, as it appears on the invoice.
Service is provided for the stained item only, and does not cover cleaning, or repair, or replacement of any “pairs” or “sets” of furniture purchased at the same time as the affected item.
Stains caused by corrosives, or an accumulation of red dirt and general soiling, including stains caused by the accumulation of body and hair oils, are excluded and not eligible for service.
Plan does not provide coverage for damage, defects or inherent features of any kind; other than those special additional component coverages specified. Damage (other than stains) caused by animals on leather or leather-like upholstery are excluded and not eligible for service.
The plan’s coverage for the non stain related issues is for a maximum of up to 5 years total including the manufacturer’s warranty period if applicable.
