Special Order Pricing - For a variety of reasons, including manufacturer restrictions, technical issues, and constant change, we are unable to quote special order, catalogue item prices online or by email. Please contact us or visit our store for assistance. Any of our friendly and knowledgeable associates will be glad to assist you.
While we strive for accuracy, in the event of a price discrepancy between our website and our showroom, the showroom pricing will be deemed accurate. The prices listed are for the configurations as shown. Changes to finish, colour, grade, fabric or leather may lead to price changes.
Stoney Creek Furniture Delivery Policies
Covid-19 & Contact Free Delivery: All of our delivery crews are equipped with all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment for their safety as well as our customers. All of our delivery and service vehicles are being sanitized at the end of each day. Our delivery crew will wear a mask and wear gloves. They also have the option of wearing visors if it is not a hindrance to the physical lifting of the product. We ask that
all customers respect social distancing and give our delivery teams the required space to do the delivery and assembly. Confirmation of delivery is now all contact free. If you are feeling ill, please contact our delivery dept. to re-schedule your delivery.
Our delivery charges include advance inspection at our warehouse and delivery by our professional delivery teams who will set your furniture in place and remove all packaging materials. Charges are based on postal code and we deliver to most places in Southern Ontario and destinations in cottage country. You will be called in advance and notified of the estimated time of delivery, with a convenient 2 hour time window.
If it becomes necessary to reschedule your delivery, please inform the delivery department 48 hours in advance. Please ensure that we are informed of any product that you want removed (a charge applies) so that we can plan ahead.
Please have your home ready for the delivery. Remove any obstructions from the delivery path and the room or area where your purchase will be placed. For safety reasons, we are unable to remove shoes when entering your home. We do use carpet runners to protect your flooring during the process. In the winter months, please ensure both the driveway and walkways have been cleared
We cannot deliver accessory items such as pictures, lamps and mirrors. Our trucks are not equipped to ensure damage-free delivery of these items. We cannot install electronic products or mount product on the walls (for example, mirrors).
