We want to ensure your new furniture is delivered successfully. This guide provides important measurement and obstruction information that you should consider before you purchase your furniture and have it delivered.
· Can our truck fit down your road?
· Will the furniture fit through all the doorways?
· Will your hallway size allow our team through with the product?
· Is your room ready for the product?· Will the furniture fit up/down the stairway?

Delivery Checklist:
Are there any tight spaces in your home? If, so please inform your design associate and delivery team.
Please provide us with up to date contact information (home/cell numbers and an e-mail address) so we can be in touch the day of your delivery.
Any previous issues with deliveries to your home? What happened?
Make sure your drive way can accommodate a large delivery vehicle.
Remove doors if necessary.
Clear driveways and walkways to make them accessible – especially in the winter months.
Make sure your room(s) are clear and ready to receive your new furniture.
Move pictures/breakables from walls, hallways and rooms where our delivery team will be passing.
Floors may need protection – not only due to inclement weather but also depending on the type of flooring in your home.
For driver safety – they are not allowed to remove their footwear or use booties due to risk of slipping.
Please put pets in another room.
Do you need to reserve and elevator for your delivery?
