Debbie so far has gone out or her way to keep us informed as to how the order is going and she is trying to accommodate our needs with the manufacturer. She has also assured us that our delivery needs will be met if the furniture arrives in time.

Brenda H. carefully measured the sofa and chairs I needed and put them quickly in a computer program. This program helped to visualize my living room and how the new furniture was going to fit in it. Brenda also gave me brilliant tips on nail head trim and valuable opinion on special order items. That day I was going to place order for three pieces of furniture, but ended up placing order for four.
I loved the fact that everyone in the store was willing to assist me and they didn't follow me around hovering over my shoulder and telling me useless things about the items I was looking at. Each member of your staff is extremely professional and helpful.

My experience with Stoney Creek furniture and your sales agent Sherry Zyk has been far better than any other furniture dealer I have dealt with. I had originally purchased a set which unfortunately had a manufacturer defect. I had the problem dealt with by customer service in a very expediant fashion. I was able to take advantage of the 40% off sale on the weekend and with the credit purchased another set. My sales agent made this very easy for me for which I am very thankful.

After receiving an email re the 40% off sale I called and spoke to Cheryl about a desk. As she was not going to be in the next morning she was extremely helpful in passing along all the pertinent info to Mario. He was also very helpful when I went in to purchase the desk. Mario arranged to have the desk wrapped and ready for me to pick up at shipping with in minutes. A great shopping experience from beginning to end. The desk is a perfect addition to our condo.
