These rules govern the contest at Stoney Creek Furniture.
- PRIZE DRAW DESCRIPTION
The Stoney Creek Furniture commences on Thursday, May 13 and concludes at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 1 2010. (The “Prize Draw Closing Date”.)
- ELIGIBILITY
To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Ontario who is at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who is not an employee of Stoney Creek Furniture (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest organization or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or household (whether related to the employee or not). In these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters or spouse. Limit of one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary. A valid email address is mandatory to win.
- HOW TO ENTER
There is one Grand Prize in total to be won. To enter for a chance to win the Grand Prize visit www.stoneycreekfurniture.com (the “Website”), complete the entry ballot in store or online in full and submit as instructed on or before the Prize Draw Closing Date.
- PRIZE
The winner will receive the Harmon Gallery Wall Clock by Howard Miller. Retail value of $299.00.
- DRAW
Within ten (10) business days of the end of the Prize Draw Period, one (1) entrant will be selected randomly as the potential winner of the Stoney Creek Furniture Room Makeover Contest. Draw will be held in Stoney Creek, Ontario from all eligible entries received during the applicable contest period. The winner will be contacted by telephone.
- GENERAL
By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization with respect to all aspects of the contest. By entering, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province) and/or photograph without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor.
The winner will be required to complete and sign a Declaration & Release Form confirming compliance with the Official Rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, without substitution, and release the Sponsor, its affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with the prize of this contest.
The winner will be required to correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question posed on the Declaration & Release Form in the presence of the salesperson, who will verify the submission. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
The sponsors may, at their sole discretion, declare any person whom they believe to be abusing the Contest Rules prohibited from entering any contest. Such abuse includes entering false information and submitting more than one entry per person.
